Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Arrow Flow: Mind the Order (the "App"), developed by Jaehee Kim ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little information as possible.
1. Information We Collect Ourselves
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to our servers. All gameplay state (e.g. level progress, sound/haptic settings) is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard preference storage and is never sent to us.
We do not operate our own servers to which the App transmits your data.
2. Information Collected by Third Parties
The App integrates the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. You are encouraged to review them.
2.1 Google AdMob (advertising)
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process the following, subject to Google's privacy practices:
- Your device's Advertising ID (AAID on Android)
- IP address and coarse location derived from it
- Device information (model, OS version, language, network type)
- Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)
- Approximate app usage data required for ad frequency capping
This data is used to deliver, measure, and improve advertising. For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, ads are served using Google's Consent Management Platform, and you will be asked for consent (personalized vs. non-personalized ads) on first launch.
You can reset or opt out of your Advertising ID at any time through your
device's system settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.

2.2 Google Play Services
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google Play may collect diagnostic information such as crash reports and basic device metadata per its own terms, independently of the App. See Google Play's privacy practices at play.google.com/about/play-terms .
3. Permissions Used
INTERNET— required to request and render advertisements.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— required by the AdMob SDK to check network availability before requesting ads.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID— allows the AdMob SDK to read the advertising identifier.
The App does not request access to contacts, location services, the camera, microphone, storage, or any other sensitive permission.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 14 in South Korea or 16 in certain EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Because the App integrates Google AdMob with standard ad requests, it is not suitable for audiences under the above ages and has not been submitted to Google Play's "Designed for Families" program.
5. Your Rights
5.1 Users in the European Economic Area / United Kingdom (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. The legal basis for processing advertising data is your consent, obtained via Google's Consent Management Platform. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
5.2 Users in California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. The App itself does not sell your information. Ad-related data processed by Google AdMob may constitute "sharing" under California law; you may opt out via adssettings.google.com .
5.3 Users in South Korea (개인정보보호법)
Under the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and suspend the processing of your personal information. Requests may be sent to the contact address below. The personal information manager ("개인정보 보호책임자") is:

6. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal information on our own servers, we retain none. Information collected by Google AdMob and Google Play is retained by Google according to its retention policies.
7. International Data Transfers
Our third-party service providers (Google) operate globally and may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the App, you acknowledge such transfers, which are governed by the service providers' own safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
8. Security
While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we and our third-party service providers use industry-standard measures to protect the limited data described above. Because the App stores only local preferences on your device, the primary safeguard is your own device's security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or an update to the App's store listing.
